    • Is an attorney employed as Assistant Regional Counsel at the U.S. General Services Administration in Chicago
    • Daughter is a Girl Scout and his wife has been a Girl Scout for 40 years
  • Bobbie Riley (Batavia), Second Vice-Chair
    • Pharmacist and is currently employed as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for SUPERVALU Pharmacies
    • Supports and participates in planning for local charities and non-profit organizations
    • Personal focus on supporting young women in their devlopment of leadership skills as early as possible

  • Donna Bausman (Mount Carroll), Secretary
    • Community affiliations include Northwestern Illinois Area Agency on Aging, Whiteside County Public Transportation, Healthier Communities Partnership, Community Health Clinic of Whiteside County, and Lincoln Land American Red Cross. Retired after 33 years as Public Service Administrator for the Illinois Department of Human Services
    • Currently employed by the YWCA of the Sauk Valley as instructor for the TeachGYRLS after-school techology program for girls
  • Robert Quimby (Rockton), Treasurer
    • Served as audit partner for various Girl Scout council audits
    • Community affiliations include Mendelssohn Performing Arts Center (Board President) and Rockton American Legion (Finance Officer)
    • Is a partner in the public accounting firm of Lombardozzi, Moses, Quimby & Co., P.C.

  • Dr. Annette Acevedo (Elgin)
    • Community affliations include membership with the Elgin Hispanic Network where she has been both a featured presenter and featured keynote speaker for Kids at Hope: No Exceptions at their Northwest and International Youth Development Master's Seminar and Institute, respectively, with the focus on how school factors coupled with social-emotional factors can influence teacher efficacy and student achievement
    • Employed as the Coordinator of the Family Welcome Center where her responsiblities include overseeing the English language proficiency screening of new students to the district and supporting the English Language Learners (ELL) department with Dual Language program
    • At various schools within the district, has worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker supporting student in the general education, special education, and ELL programs (primarily with Spanish/English bilinguals) at all grade levels from pre-school through grade 12
  • Mark M. Ackerman (Pecatonica)
    • Currently serves as board member for Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois
    • Community affiliations include service on the boards of the Keith School Development and Facilities Committees, United For Youth Building Committee and the Woodward Contributors Committee
    • Employed as a Telecommunications Administrator at Woodward Governor in Rockford
    • Wife is a Girl Scout Troop Leader, daughter is an Ambassador Girl Scout
  • Theresa Barreiro (Aurora)
    • Community affilications include church, school and various community causes
    • Recently elected to the Kane Couty Board representing District 2, where she serves on the Administration, Development, Engergy & Environment, Finance, and Judiciary Committees
    • Currently serving on the Aurora Green Lights Green Fest Committee as the Chair of the Sponsorship Committee
    • Prior to joining the Kane County Board, was elected as Precinct Committeeman and continues to serve in that capacity
  • Rosario DeLeon (Aurora)
    • Currently serves as board member for Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois
    • Community affiliations include the American Public Works Association, Illinois Association of Code Enforcement, International Code Council, Aurora East Educational Foundation and Rebuilding Together Aurora
    • Employed as Chief Operations Officer for the City of Aurora
    • Daughter is former Girl Scout
  • Christin Giedd (Dixon)
    • Member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Rockford Chamber of Commerce - LEAD360 Group
    • Volunteered for community events such as Caps4Sam, Relay for Life, March of Dimes, Rock River Valley Food Banks, and other benefit programs
    • Employed as Human Resource Manager for Schneider Electric
    • Was a Girl Scout from kindergarten to senior year and mom was a Girl Scout Leader for 12 years
  • Hon. Gwyn Gulley (Rockford)
    • Community afflications include serving on numerous boards and organizations like the Booker Washington Community Center, Northern Illinois Hospice, Janet Wattles Foundation, OSF St. Anthony Medical Center Advisory Board, and Rockford Chamber of Commerce where she served as a board member and chairman of the Multicultural Business Council
    • She is currently a member of the Winnebago County Bar and Illinois Judges Associations and serves on the board of directors of the Rockford Park District Foundation, Rockford Association for Minority Management and the WCBA Diversity Committee
    • Judge Gulley also served as mentor with the Junior League of Rockford RAISE program at Jefferson High School
    • In November of 2008, Judge Gulley was elected as a Circuit Court Judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit, Sub-circuit1 and is currently assigned to the Family Law division

    • Is a junior at AFC High School in Ashton, IL
    • A member of Girl Scout Troop 5165
    • Has been to Girl Scout resident camp for 6 years and attended two destinations
    • Earned her Girl Scout Bronze Award and Girl Scout Silver Award
    • She is a Program Aide
    • She has been a Class officer for serveral years and a member of the National Honor Society
    • As a member of Future Farmers of America, she has been to State and National Conventions and two leadership conferences
  • Lindsay Schwartz (Kildeer)
    • Is a sophomore at Stevenson High School
    • Girl Scout Senior—Troop 547 and has earned GS Bronze and Silver Awards
    • Was on the Girl Planning Team for the Girls World Forum in 2012 and attended the GS Leadership Institute in Houston in 2011
    • Loves to play lacrosse, ski and volunteer with “Best Buddies”
    • Has been to EVERY GSNI camp (some outside council) and loves camping
    • Served as Program Aide for Day Camp for two years and at Troop Trek (2011), went to Savannah over the past summer with GSNI

    • An active Girl Scout for eleven years, has earned her Girl Scout Silver Award
    • She attended the GS Leadership Institute in Houston in 2011 and also attended the International WAGGGS Girl World Forum in Chicago in 2012
    • She is a member of the Rotary Interact Club, volunteers with "Best Buddies" and is a People to People Sports Ambassador
    • Stefany spends her free time with members of her art club
